Can it value my stock at today's gold price?
Yes, when your stock is listed by weight and carat. The day's rate goes in once and every piece is valued at it.
I keep my sales in a book. Can I still use it?
Yes. Many gold shops do. A photo of the day's page or slip gives daily totals, and we can help you move to a till that tracks every piece.
Can it keep track of bridal and remake enquiries?
Yes. Enquiries from your website and WhatsApp show together, with the ones still waiting for a call.
Will it work with my till?
Almost certainly. Use the Till Finder on this page: every till has a way in, from a direct link to a weekly report file. If yours is not listed, send a photo of a receipt and we will check it.
What if I have an old till or a cash register?
A photo of the day-end slip on WhatsApp each night still gives you daily totals. For item-by-item figures, a connected till can sit beside yours, and you keep your current till.
What does the 8am WhatsApp say?
How yesterday went against the same day last week, what is running low and one or two things to do today. It is short enough to read before you open.
Can you change anything in my till or take payments?
No. Access is read only. We never see card numbers or bank details, we never issue refunds and we never change a price, a menu or a stock setting.
Exactly what do you read?
Sales and items sold, stock, website orders, delivery app orders and items, and how your posts and Google profile are doing. You get the list in writing, source by source, before we start.
Who owns my figures, and what if I stop?
You do. We use them only to run your dashboard. If you stop, you get your figures as a spreadsheet and we close our access. There is a data agreement with every sign-up.
What is the free look at my figures?
Adam sits down with you, finds the way into your till and shows you what your dashboard would tell you each morning. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign for the look.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your till, your channels and how many shops you have, so Adam gives you a fixed quote in writing after the free look. There are no prices online.
