Veritas UI Dashboard for supermarkets and grocers
Thousands of lines, a few deliveries a week and never enough time. Your dashboard reads your till and website and tells you, each morning, what is running low, what is not moving and how many cases to buy.

Why grocers lose money
Most grocers know the feeling. These are the three we hear about most.
Wages, energy, deliveries and supplier prices all rise at once, and every line has to work harder.
When profit per line shrinks, a slow line or a missed reorder costs more than it used to.
Best sellers run out before the delivery while slow lines tie up cash on the shelf.

Four things it watches for you every day.
How many cases of each line to order, and from which supplier, before you run out.
Chapati flour 10kg: 4 cases by FridayDays of stock left on every line, so nothing runs out before the delivery.
9 lines under 3 days of stockLines that have barely sold in weeks, so you can clear them and free the shelf.

Your data stays yours
Letting someone see your till figures is a big step. So here it is in plain words, before you ask.

Before we start you get the list in writing, source by source.
No card numbers, no bank details, no refunds, no payouts.
Your figures are yours. We use them only to run your dashboard.
If you stop, you get your figures as a spreadsheet and we close our access.

Questions
Yes, when your till holds stock. It works out days of stock left on each line and turns that into cases, ready before your next delivery.
Yes, through the reports each one saves. The Till Finder shows the route for your till, and we set the report up with your team once.
Yes. Each shop sits side by side, so you can see where a line sells and move stock to it.
Almost certainly. Use the Till Finder on this page: every till has a way in, from a direct link to a weekly report file. If yours is not listed, send a photo of a receipt and we will check it.
A photo of the day-end slip on WhatsApp each night still gives you daily totals. For item-by-item figures, a connected till can sit beside yours, and you keep your current till.
How yesterday went against the same day last week, what is running low and one or two things to do today. It is short enough to read before you open.
No. Access is read only. We never see card numbers or bank details, we never issue refunds and we never change a price, a menu or a stock setting.

Adam sits down with you, finds the way into your till and shows you what your dashboard would tell you each morning. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign for the look.
It depends on your till, your channels and how many shops you have, so Adam gives you a fixed quote in writing after the free look. There are no prices online.
