Yes. The apps charge their own joining fee and commission, paid to them directly, and Adam confirms the current figures with you before you sign.
How long does it take to get on Uber Eats or Just Eat?
About two weeks from when we have your menu. The rest depends on how quickly each app approves you.
Do I need professional photos for my app menu?
No. We photograph your real dishes, and the same photos go on your website and social media too.
Can you change my app prices and menu for me?
Yes. On monthly app care we change prices, add dishes, mark items sold out and set holiday hours for you.
Should my prices be higher on the apps than in the shop?
Often, yes. Many shops price their app menu a little higher to cover commission, so we show you the numbers and you decide.
Why do I need a website if I'm already on the apps?
Your regulars are the ones costing you commission. The apps find you new customers, and your own website lets the regulars order with no commission on top.
How do I get app customers to order direct?
With our phone to online kit. Cards, stickers and QR codes in every bag send regulars to your own site for next time.
