Help centre
The Veritas UI help centre is a set of short guides for owners of food businesses and local shops. It covers what we need from you, what Shopify charges you for, how the money reaches your bank, the food rules that apply online, and how to get a change made. Still stuck? WhatsApp Adam on 07711 287077.

The guides
Each guide answers the questions owners ask us most, in plain English.

What we need from you, and the five steps to launch.

The plan, card fees, apps and domain, and where to see your bills.

How customers pay, when the money lands, and how refunds and disputes work.

Your web address in your name, moving it, and keeping your email working.

The rules food sellers must get right on a website.

How to ask for changes, holiday hours, reports and what to do when an order goes wrong.

Domain, DNS, SEO, payout, chargeback and the rest, in a line or two each.
Common questions
Veritas UI is a Bradford studio that builds Shopify ordering websites for halal food businesses and other shops, then runs them every month after launch. It is the trading name of Adam Aziz, sole trader, at Unit 10a, Listerhills Science Park, Bradford BD7 1HR.
Adam Aziz, on 07711 287077 by phone or WhatsApp, or by email at info@veritasui.co.uk. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5.
Yes. We are at Unit 10a, Listerhills Science Park, Campus Road, Bradford BD7 1HR, so ring or WhatsApp Adam first and someone will be there to meet you.
WhatsApp Adam on 07711 287077 with a screenshot or a photo of the problem. A picture saves a lot of back and forth.
Usually the same or next working day. If your shop cannot take orders at all, ring Adam rather than messaging.
Send the WhatsApp anyway, and we will read it first thing the next working day. If the site is down, Shopify's own support is open around the clock as well.
Monthly updates: prices, new products, photos, opening hours, offers and fixes. Anything more depends on the plan you chose, and Adam writes it into your agreement.
No. Veritas UI takes no commission on your orders, because your customers pay you through Shopify and the money goes to your own bank.
Yes. We show you how to change prices, mark items sold out and set holiday hours, and many owners do the small things and send us the rest.
You do. The Shopify store, the domain and every customer and their details belong to your business, not to us.
You keep everything. The store and domain are already in your name, we remove our staff access and hand over anything we hold, and the notice period is set out in your agreement.
Yes. Send Adam the link and we will tell you honestly what we would fix first, whether or not you move to us.
Still stuck? Message Adam. We are at Listerhills Science Park, Bradford BD7 1HR.
