Do I need lots of customers before I start a loyalty scheme?
No. It starts small and grows with every order on your website.
Which loyalty and email app do you use?
The one that fits your numbers. Many shops start on a free plan and only upgrade when it pays for itself.
How long does loyalty and email take to set up?
Points and emails are usually running within a week of the first call.
What is an abandoned basket email?
An abandoned basket email is an automatic reminder sent when someone starts an order and does not finish it. Once it is set up, it runs on its own.
How often will you email my customers?
Usually once a month, plus the big dates such as Ramadan and Eid. You see every campaign before it goes out.
Can I email every customer I have?
No. Only those who agreed to hear from you, and we set it up so that consent is recorded properly.
Do I need to register with the ICO to send emails?
Usually, yes. Most businesses that email customers pay a small yearly data protection fee to the ICO, and we tell you if you need to.
