Why a supermarket needs its own site

Your regulars already shop online. Just not with you.

The big supermarkets deliver to the same streets you serve. Delivery apps list you next to your competitors and take a cut of every basket. Your own site keeps the basket, the customer and the margin.

The whole basket in one order

Rice, atta, spices, frozen, drinks and the butcher's counter in one order. The apps only ever sell the top 200 lines.

No 30% on every order

Card fees of about 2% instead of an app's 25 to 30% plus VAT. Most of what an app would take stays in your till.

Eid, Ramadan and Qurbani, taken early

Pre-orders with deposits, collection slots and bulk orders for functions, all in the till before the rush.

The customer list is yours

Names and numbers for your own offers. Tell them when the dates arrive or the lamb's on offer.

We built it for our own shop first: Ikhlas Halal Butcher, Bradford. Look at it, order from it, then decide.

What's in it

What your supermarket site gets. All built in.

Built on Shopify, which the big brands use too. Set up for how a halal supermarket really trades.

Getting started

How long does a supermarket website take?

About four weeks from your product list to your first order.

Getting started

No. We match your till export, or photos of your shelves, to the 3,400 products we already hold with names, sizes and pack shots. We only photograph your front, counter, aisles and team.

Getting started

How much of my time does it take?

A few hours, once: about 30 minutes for your product list, an hour to tick what you sell, half a morning for photos at the shop, 30 minutes to set up Shopify with your ID and bank, and 10 minutes for collection times and delivery postcodes.

Orders and money

How do orders reach me?

As an email and a printed slip.

Who receives the money?

You do. Payments go to your own Shopify account in your name, and we never see them.

How do I change a price or add a new line?

Send us the list and it's done.
