I don't do computers. Do I need one?
No. Orders come to your phone and a small printer at the counter. Price change? WhatsApp us a photo of the ticket.

Not live. We copy your till prices by hand and keep them matched. Avery Berkel backups we can read straight off the file.

What if I run out of something?
One tap in the Shopify app marks it sold out, or ring us. Cut-to-order lines never run out.

How do I get paid?
Shopify pays your bank every few days. You set it up in your own account; we never see it.

Are there any other fees?
Shopify's own plan and card fees, paid straight to Shopify, never to us. The apps we fit are free. No commission, nothing hidden. Adam talks you through it on the call.

What does a customer pay for delivery?
Whatever you decide. Ikhlas charges a small fee for delivery within 7 miles, and collection is free.
