Can customers reserve a piece without paying?
Yes. 'Reserve on WhatsApp' sends you the piece and reference, and you decide how long to hold it.
Can customers pay online and collect in store?
Yes. They pay by card through Shopify and collect at your counter, where you can check ID.
Can I post gold to customers?
Yes, with signed-for, insured delivery matched to the value. Many shops post smaller pieces and keep larger sets to collect.
What happens if a delivered piece is returned?
Your returns policy is set out on the site, including made-to-order pieces that cannot be returned.
Can my site take old gold enquiries?
Yes. Customers tell you what they have and when they will come in, and the page explains how it is weighed and tested.
Can customers order a piece made to their design?
Yes. They send the design and size, and you agree the price and deposit with them.
Do you cover hallmarking and high-value cash rules?
Yes. The site explains hallmarks, and we point you to HMRC's rules for high-value cash payments so you can set your policy.
Who takes the payments?
You do. Shopify pays your own bank account. We never touch the money.
