What's the difference between a simple site and the full build?
A simple site puts your clinic, treatments and prices online, with booking by WhatsApp or phone. The full build adds online booking with a deposit, the Sunnah days, home visits, Google articles and profile, a photo session, and your social media each month.
Can I start with a simple site and add more later?
Yes. We quote the difference in writing before we add anything.
Do you know hijama?
Yes. We built a working clinic demo you can click through before you commit.
What do I pay Shopify?
Shopify's own plan and card fees, paid straight to Shopify, never to us. Adam talks you through them on the call.
What does the booking app cost?
On the full build we use the Cowlendar booking app, billed by Shopify with your plan. Adam shows you how it works on the call.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. Nothing comes off your bookings from us.
Who owns the site?
You do, once the build is paid: the design, the domain and your client list. There is no buy-out.
Can I leave?
After three months, yes, with thirty days' notice. You keep the site exactly as it is.
Whose Shopify account is it?
Yours, in your name. Deposits and payments go straight to your bank.
Have you built a clinic site before?
Yes, as a demo: a clinic template we built, with treatments, prices, Sunnah days and deposit booking. It's marked as a demo because the clinic hasn't gone live yet. Our live, trading site is Ikhlas Halal Butcher on City Road, Bradford.
What do you need from me?
Your price list, a few details about you and your hours, and photos or time for us to take them.
Why not just use Fresha or Setmore?
Keep them if they work for you: we can point your booking button at them. The difference is that a booking app lists you next to every other clinic, while your own site is found on Google under your name, explains hijama in your words, and the client list is yours.
